Terms of Service – BharatFare

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BharatFare’s website, booking engine, WhatsApp services, and any travel-related systems operated by BharatFare (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

2. Role of BharatFare

  • BharatFare acts strictly as an intermediary between the User and the Airline.
  • Does NOT operate flights.
  • Does NOT control airline pricing or seat availability.
  • Does NOT influence delays, cancellations, or operational decisions.
  • Is NOT liable for airline actions or failures.
  • A booking is considered complete once a valid PNR is generated and delivered.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate traveller information.
  • Ensure passport, DOB, gender, spelling, and contact details are correct.
  • Comply with airline rules, visa requirements, and immigration regulations.
  • Verify booking details before payment.
  • Any mistake (spelling, DOB, passport error) is solely the user’s responsibility.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed may change at any time due to airline updates, seat availability, exchange rates, or third-party API responses.
  • A fare is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • If the fare changes during checkout, BharatFare may request a fare difference or issue a refund.

5. Booking Confirmation & PNR

  • A booking is complete ONLY when payment succeeds AND an airline PNR is generated.
  • If payment succeeds but PNR fails due to airline issues, BharatFare will either rebook or refund.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Date Changes

  • All refunds and changes follow airline policies exclusively.
  • Refund timelines:
  • • Airline: 7–21 working days
  • • BharatFare: 1–3 working days after airline releases funds
  • Service fees are non-refundable once booking is processed.
  • No-show results in 100% penalty unless airline specifies otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • BharatFare is not liable for delays, cancellations, rescheduling.
  • Not liable for visa or immigration denial.
  • Not liable for losses from incorrect user data.
  • Not liable for baggage issues or airport disruptions.
  • Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability is limited strictly to the service fee paid.

8. Fraud, Misuse & Suspicious Activity

  • BharatFare may cancel bookings, block accounts, or withhold refunds in cases of fraud, misuse, or chargebacks.

9. Modifications to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated anytime without notice.
  • Continued use implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • UK users: governed by UK law.
  • India users: governed by Delhi NCR courts.
  • BharatFare may select jurisdiction in case of ambiguity.
